All hardware and software sales are final.

iBeam Solutions offers no warranty, express or implied, on hardware and software purchase nor that such hardware or software purchased is fit for a particular purpose or will perform as intended by the manufacturer. Any customer requests for involvement by iBeam Solutions or its personnel to troubleshoot issues with, or coordinate returns, refunds or replacements through the manufacturer of hardware and software will be a billable service to the customer at customary hourly rates and will include any out-of-pocket shipping costs.
